The Beachy Bachelor Pad

Mr. client loves board sports so he chose to build at the beach where he  an surf often and can ride his long board to nearby restaurants and bars. He’s into music and often uses his time at home playing instruments . The goal of this design is to create a space that serves the clients needs and reflects his personality. The design also intends to add a new piece of residential architecture to Jacksonville Beach that is modern but still honors the culture and history of the town. Drawing inspiration from the 1970's, when surfing and skating were popular, suits the clients personality while also paying homage to the architecture of the older homes in Jacksonville Beach.
